babys room

here are a few pictues of jadens room. were not done it still needs a few more pictures up on the walls. but we are pretty close.



so i had a doctors apnt on monday and he informed me that i am measuring about 3 centimeters bigger than i should be. which got me all excited cause i thought that ment i was off on my due date and they were going to move it up. but oh no, i was wrong. all it means is that im going to have a 8-9 pound baby. (ouch) so his new nickname is CHUNKER!

VIVA LAS VEGAS

man oh man were to start we had so much fun!!! i guess i'll begin with the first day. bev, my mom, adriana, and i all got there a little bit before barb so we decided to get something to eat. we went to the resturant dicks inside the excalibur. we had no idea what we were in for. i think my moms face says it all.

for any of you who have been there before your probably laughing your a*s off right now. and for those of you who havent let me educate you. pretty much you the customer is always wrong and your waiter is always correct. our waiter first off made me right down what we wanted on a peice of paper. while humping my moms chair.(yes she was horrified hence the grumpy face in the picture) and then when they brought out our food they just threw it all in front of adriana. oh it gets better he then tries to hook bev up with some dude there and she stands up to show her belly and he goes oh f*ck dude you better run for it. he then procedes to look at me and say jesus your boobs like there full of milk are you knocked up too?? by this time bev, adriana and i are laughing so hard we cant even talk. (yes that look on my moms face never left). before we left he was also able to get out "you know that kid is going to tear you from hole to hole right, but then again so could i." by the time we left i thought my mom was going to kill herself. so if you have a good sense of humor and didnt go on vacation with your mom. you should check it out. it was rather hillarious.

ok so my placenta is in the front so my poor little guy is just smooshed in there but i absolutly love it. i hope it turns him into my little cuddle monster!!

baby news

so everyone has been yelling at me to see a belly picture. and if you know me you know you are asking alot!! but i will put one on very soon. but just a quick update. i had my ultrasound on wednesday and first and most important the baby is just perfect. he had all his fingers and toes. yes its a BOY! you all know how badly i wanted a girl. but wednesday morning my motherly insticts or something must have kicked in cause i said i dont care what it is please oh please just let it be healthy. at the ultrasound she determined the sex last cause i just wanted to know that it was healthy and then we got to the fun pictures!! the other exciting news is that i was a whole week off on my due date so my baby boy is due in december!! yea. so bev and i are now only 14 days apart. :D. i love that i get to say he and him now instead of it, but now we get the excting part of trying to figure out what to name a human being. i feel like it is alot of resposibility.( and nick hating all my names doesn help either ;)so if you have any suggestions please share them! :D

more big news

well the new house is finally all put together.! nick and i were so excited
to move in and have space of our own. but things dont always happen as planned!
5 days after we moved in we got a HUGE surprise. . . i was 5 weeks pregnant!!
it was super hard to take at first i was so worried about money (arent we all) and if i was even ready to be a mom. but as the weeks go bye i start to get more and more
excited. my sissy also being pregnant (were only 3 weeks apart) has been really fun. its nice to go through it all with someone you are really close too.! my due date is january 4th 2010. were good with whenever as long as its not december 25th or january 1st. so here comes baby blumberg :D

house

so here it is our house! well i guess not officialy, we close on April 28th. just a couple more weeks. that is what i keep telling myself to get me through the days! will let everyone know when our house warming party is cause your all invited!!
i'll have more pictures for you tomorrow cause i'll be there for the inspection.

just a quick update

I HATE HOUSE SHOPPING! oh im just so ready to find our house. nothing has come up yet i think were still inlove with that one house:(. im going out with the realator on friday so keep your fingers crossed that we find something. thanks to everyone who was there for us when we got the bad news about the house we needed to be picked back up :D

alright guys we did it we put an offer on a house! it was love at first site. its everything nick and i were looking for. it has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. the kitchen is huge. here are a few pictures sorry i didnt get more.

house shopping

ok so nick and i have been house shopping. we were so excited about getting a house and couldnt wait for it all to start. oh my godness it is so dang stressfull. now i just cant wait for it all to be over.
we found a really cute house in west jordan. it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the kitchen and dinning room has hardwood floors which i love!! the basement is unfinished which is just what nick was looking for cause then he can eventualy build a theatre room. the back yard is just the perfect size not to big and big enough for a dog one day :D.
across the sreet is a little grass area where im sure we would have some fun family things.
so the really scary thing about this house is that it is a short sale. for those of you who dont know what that is, it means that the people couldnt make there house payments or the people were trying to sell it but couldnt get what they needed for it so they work with the bank, cause its better than a bankrupcy so pretty much the bank owns it. the first bad thing is that it could take months before we could move in. and the really really scarey thing is that when the people move out they could completly destroy the house and nick and i would just be screw'd (so cross your fingers that doesnt happen!!!) the awesome thing about it is that we get a killer deal. the house we are looking at is a little over 2000 square feet and it was built in 2004 and there asking 180,000 for it. so lets hope all goes well.
well everyone keep your fingers crossed and lets hope we can get this house or any house for that matter!
were going to look at it again on saturday so i'll take my camera and post some pictures so i can get your feed back on it.

merry christmas

i had such a great christmas!! i cant even explain how much i love haveing my sister in town. i miss her so much, she truly is a best friend, and all the babys are getting so big. im so greatful for my family and would die without them. here are some pics

here is jackson he found his present under the tree and started to open it. this is what nick and i came home too. what a smart boy!!!



here is noah. he seems like he is always juiced up on caffine, going a thousand miles a minute. he is the cutest little guy ever!



his favorite thing is cars and he calls lightning maqueen "ca chow" its so dang cute.
he fell in love with these slippers even though they are way to big for him.

AAAAAaaaah!!! nick got me a kitty. i cant even explain to you how much i love her. nick is really the greatest husband ever. he is highly alergic to cats and he loves me that much to deal with the stuffy nose and scratchy eyes. :D
